Job Description

A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time member. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and trusts
  • Lasting powers of attorney and deputyships

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience
  • A Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong knowledge of Private Client law

Salary and Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary of £50k to £60k (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits.
