Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team. As a Private Client fee earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts
  • Provide expert advice on lasting powers of attorney and deputyships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Private Client law and regulations
Requirements

We are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer
