Role Overview:

As a key member of our Prudential Risk team, you will support the Head of Risk and the Head of Prudential Risk in ensuring that our risk management framework is robust and effective. Your role will involve overseeing financial and prudential risks, assessing capital requirements for regulated entities, and ensuring we meet regulatory standards while maintaining appropriate solvency and liquidity buffers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain solvency assessments and conduct dividend reviews for the Group and individual entities.
  2. Create and maintain Group and entity-level Recovery & Resolution plans.
  3. Deliver effective risk reporting to Executive forums and legal entity boards.
  4. Enhance risk awareness and culture, providing challenge and support to Senior Managers and Risk Owners.
  5. Conduct Operational Risk Assessments and reverse stress tests.
  6. Provide risk input to support external reporting.

Requirements:

Risk Management, ICAAP, Prudential Regulation, Operational Risk Assessment, Stakeholder Management.
