Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a brilliant primary school in Westminster. The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology and a passion for supporting SEN pupils in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting 1:1 and group intervention sessions with SEN pupils
  • Making learning accessible and engaging for a range of SEN (ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD)
  • Assisting in underpinning teachers' lesson plans
Requirements:
  • Desirable degree in Psychology from a reputable University
  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Experience working with children with SEN is required (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
