Position Overview:
As a Service Analyst, you will provide assistance for a diverse range of systems and applications. This position is part of a dedicated team delivering IT support to both corporate and external clients. The primary mode of support will be remote, primarily through phone interactions.
Work Environment:
The role is based in a hybrid model, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. Additionally, there will be a full week of on-call duty every 3 to 4 weeks.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in providing IT support
- Proficiency in utilizing Service Management and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with business-standard IT systems and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a full week of on-call support every four weeks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling incident triage, diagnosis, and escalation/resolution
- Provide technical assistance across multiple platforms, including Active Directory, Azure, VMware, O365, ServiceNow, and others
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records
- Execute tasks under Service Request Management
- Develop and maintain necessary IT documentation
- Suggest ideas for continual improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
