Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legislative Affairs Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. This is a remote, hybrid position that requires full-time, exempt work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective legislative affairs strategy for our organization, monitoring local, state, and federal legislation and regulations, and advising executive leadership accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective legislative affairs strategy for our organization
  • Monitor local, state, and federal legislation and regulations that impact our organization
  • Advise executive leadership on legislative matters
  • Serve as the agency's liaison with elected officials and their staff
  • Build relationships with public offices, government agencies, and other key community leadership entities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of legislative affairs and policy development. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
