We are seeking an experienced Licensing and Partnership Manager to join our team at Make It Happen Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our licensing division and building strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage existing partnerships and negotiate new agreements to expand our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our wholesale department to secure new licenses and contracts.
  • Oversee the marketing approval process and ensure seamless communication with partners.
  • Host regular calls with partners and lead weekly internal licensing meetings.
  • Manage the brands licensees and ensure compliance with agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in licensing or partnership management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft office and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Passion for brand building and strong negotiation skills.
  • Natural communicator with a strong work ethic.
