About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensing and Partnership Manager to join our team at Make It Happen Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our licensing division and building strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive licensing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage existing partnerships and negotiate new agreements to expand our portfolio.
- Collaborate with our wholesale department to secure new licenses and contracts.
- Oversee the marketing approval process and ensure seamless communication with partners.
- Host regular calls with partners and lead weekly internal licensing meetings.
- Manage the brands licensees and ensure compliance with agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in licensing or partnership management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft office and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Passion for brand building and strong negotiation skills.
- Natural communicator with a strong work ethic.
