    • Contribute to the development of the theatre department
  • Clinical Mentorship
    • Mentor and support junior colleagues to develop their clinical skills
    • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Operational Management
    • Contribute to the management of the theatre department
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
    • Ensure effective use of resources and efficient workflow
  • Patient Care
    • Provide high-quality patient care and ensure patient safety
    • Develop and implement patient care plans
    • Contribute to the development of patient education programs
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Registered with the appropriate governing body
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre practice
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a theatre setting
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in mentoring and leadership
  • Ability to work flexibly and participate in on-call rota
