Senior Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team in London. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the theatres, ensuring that all equipment, instruments, and supplies are ready for each procedure.
Your role will involve providing hands-on support during surgeries, mentoring and guiding junior staff, and promoting best practices and a collaborative team environment. You will also be responsible for assisting in operative procedures, supporting colleagues and the clinical team, and providing an efficient, effective, and safe clinical service to the theatre team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in theatre nursing, with experience in paediatric theatre and either neuro or cardiac specialisms. You will also need to be registered with the HCPC/NMC and have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role.
