The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a 5-star level of service to our corporate clients, employees, client relationship executives, and partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with HR teams to organize pension meetings and presentations for employees, using Outlook calendars and ScheduleOnce to secure adviser resource and provide a booking page for employees.
  • Prepare adviser admin for employee pension meetings within agreed timescales.
  • Prepare presentations from approved decks of templated slides within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor mailboxes for queries from clients or their employees.
  • Obtain valuations, contribution breakdowns, and other necessary information from insurers' online systems or by ordering via telephone.
  • Obtain new joiner information from clients each month and issue welcome emails to new joiners.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure they feel comfortable asking for help at any time.
  • Set up workflow within Intelligent Office to manage workload.
  • Send regular communications and updates to corporate clients.
  • Produce invoices for clients as required and chase outstanding invoices after 30 days.
  • Assist with monthly MI by maintaining central spreadsheets and activity logs.
  • Meet Fit & Proper and TCF requirements by participating in training, competence, and development initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of Foster Denovo's ethos, values, and strategy.
  • Participate in company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
