- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on neurological conditions and care.
- Registered Nurse qualification (Part 1 of NMC register)
- Cert, Diploma, or First-level Degree in Nursing
- Experience working in Neurology or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
