Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the booking and logistics for our UK-based courses and events. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, liaising with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate course bookings and updates in our internal systems.
  • Analyze reports related to course performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding courses and events.
  • Source and book venues for courses and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of course-related correspondence and client data.
  • Support consultants with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful course delivery.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
