Join Our Team as a Sales Support Coordinator
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd, a dynamic and expanding organization. We are looking for a candidate with a robust administrative background, preferably with experience in the property or estate agency sector, to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing viewing schedules, including arrangements and rescheduling as necessary.
- Generating and dispatching invoices while addressing initial inquiries.
- Collecting and following up on proposals and licensing agreements.
- Overseeing the marketing inbox to ensure timely responses.
- Updating our CRM system with new property listings, images, and billing contact details.
- Providing support with various administrative tasks, including:
- Completing Excel checklists for tracking purposes.
- Issuing contracts and responding to new inquiries.
- Distributing relevant onboarding documentation.
- Managing data related to pricing and availability.
- Updating promotional fees documentation as required.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Compensation: The salary for this position is £25,000, with opportunities to earn additional commission based on performance.
