We are looking for a candidate with a robust administrative background, preferably with experience in the property or estate agency sector, to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing viewing schedules, including arrangements and rescheduling as necessary.
  • Generating and dispatching invoices while addressing initial inquiries.
  • Collecting and following up on proposals and licensing agreements.
  • Overseeing the marketing inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Updating our CRM system with new property listings, images, and billing contact details.
  • Providing support with various administrative tasks, including:
    • Completing Excel checklists for tracking purposes.
    • Issuing contracts and responding to new inquiries.
    • Distributing relevant onboarding documentation.
    • Managing data related to pricing and availability.
  • Updating promotional fees documentation as required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Compensation: The salary for this position is £25,000, with opportunities to earn additional commission based on performance.
