The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including responsive maintenance and void contracts, to ensure that our properties are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out responsive maintenance and void contracts to ensure that properties are safe and well-maintained
  • Work on a range of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, and minor brickworks
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and work in a way that is respectful and considerate of our customers and their properties
Requirements
  • Experience in working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector
  • Skilled in a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, and minor brickworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
