Paediatric Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and support to children and their families
  • Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
Benefits:
  • Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
