About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dispute Resolution team at a leading law firm in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partner and solicitor, handling a wide range of client-focused secretarial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a Partner and solicitor in commercial litigation, handling client correspondence, and preparing court documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling expenses.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal billing, IT systems, and software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
