Job Title: Digital Project Manager

About the Role:

Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join an expanding organisation in the UK. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a competitive salary of around £60,000 per annum, and a hybrid working opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a number of key projects that are critical to a major Transformation programme
  • Focus on the planning, implementation, and execution of the transition to cloud-based technologies
  • Ensure teams, stakeholders, and external partners contribute to a timely and accurate migration of data
  • Play a key part in an organisation-wide move towards true data management and control with a customer focus
  • Act as a coach to internal teams who are delivering projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, specifically with data migration projects involving the cloud
  • Experience with cross-functional and large-scale projects
  • Proven experience of implementing change management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including the ability to gain buy-in from challenging stakeholders
