About the Role

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Systems Engineering Lead

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Transversal design policies to drive continuous improvement
  2. Manage interactions between System owners and Transversal Requirement owners to ensure effective collaboration
  3. Contribute to the development of MBSE Transversal policies and processes for the SSNA programme
  4. Embed learning from experience and lessons learned into the SSNA Programme
Requirements
  1. Engineering lifecycle knowledge and experience
  2. Proven track record of leading large and complex projects
  3. Experience with MBSE and its applications
  4. Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  5. Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions

About the Team

This role is part of the SDS Programme, which serves as a Sandbox environment for developing processes, tools, and technologies that benefit the SSNA project. The programme focuses on rapid progression and fast learning to accelerate ahead of the SSNA programme and provide valuable insights.

We're committed to developing a more effective system engineering practice through MBSE and the NextGen framework. This is an opportunity to implement change and take ownership of new processes that refine the way of working within a groundbreaking project.
