We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our Natural Resources, Nuclear, and Networks division, focusing on multi-utility diversion projects for a significant initiative in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of utility diversion projects. Your main objectives will include enhancing value, minimizing costs, maximizing profits, and effectively managing risks. You will oversee multiple projects, typically valued between £0.1m and £3m.
Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Maximizing cash flow by ensuring timely receipt of payments.
- Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
- Preparing commercial reports and analyzing results alongside other team members.
- Implementing and adhering to the contract change control procedures, including appropriate notifications to clients.
- Managing subcontractor relationships, including issuing inquiries, comparing prices, negotiating contracts, and overseeing payments.
Candidate Profile
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for individuals who possess:
- Experience in a similar capacity or are prepared to step into a senior role.
- Familiarity with the administration of NEC3 contract forms.
- Flexibility in working hours and travel as required.
