We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Development team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-value and complex capital and revenue projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, monitor, and control all aspects of one or more high-value (up to £20 million) and complex capital and revenue projects.
- Use technical knowledge and experience to resolve project issues and ensure successful delivery to specified programme, cost, and quality standards.
- Deputise for the Programme Manager as necessary and provide line management for one or more Project Managers and management of external appointed design and technical consultants.

Person Specification- Educated to degree level in a construction-related discipline or with equivalent experience in a construction industry role.

- Experience and knowledge of the whole design and construction process.
- Proven experience to lead, plan, manage, interact with colleagues, and deliver projects successfully in a spirit of cooperation.
