- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met, and company policies are adhered to.

- Support the leadership of care delivery to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care.
- Ensure care compliance within the home.
- Deliver outstanding person-centred care, dementia care, and lifestyle choices to residents.
- Regularly audit care plans to ensure they are appropriate to residents' needs.
- Ensure medication is ordered and administered in line with company policies.
- Engage with residents in conversation related to their lifestyle choices, respecting their dignity and communication differences.
- Health and Safety
- Inform the Clinical Lead Nurse of any incidents in the Registered Manager's absence.
- Ensure storage of medications is in line with company policies.
- Complete risk assessments and ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Ensure the equipment and environment are safe within the home.
- NVQ/QCF level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
- Minimum of two years' experience in shift leadership and management.
- Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care.
- Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a clinical team.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written, non-verbal, and verbal communication skills.
- Dementia knowledge.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based operating environments.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
