Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of all associated electrical services equipment and systems within our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of electrical systems, including testing and inspection, main switchgear and distribution systems, lighting controls, and minor works and installations.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including test results and actions taken.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery of electrical maintenance services.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a facilities management environment.
  • Qualifications: Industry-recognized training and apprenticeship, BS 7671 Edition.
  • Skills: Ability to diagnose faults, establish necessary parts/plant/materials, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexible attitude, reliable, trustworthy, and confident in communication with clients and senior managers.
