We are seeking a skilled Revenue Transactional Processor to join our Revenues Team at Stonewater, a leading provider of financial services. As a key member of our Financial Services Team, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of rent receipts and other income across the organisation.

Your primary duties will include data entry and processing of financial transactions, ensuring the integrity and completeness of data within our financial systems. You will also be responsible for reconciling information between our Housing system, Finance system, and bank statements, as well as performing general administrative tasks to maintain efficient working processes.

This role is predominantly home-based, with occasional requirements to work from our Bournemouth Hub. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rent receipts and other income accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile financial data between systems and bank statements
  • Perform general administrative tasks to maintain efficient working processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries promptly
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Finance department, including Debit/Credit knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
