Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, driving sales growth, and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Web Product Management

  • Set up and maintain our online product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Develop and implement a product launch calendar to ensure timely product additions.
  • Organize product listing categories to meet business needs.

Web Content Management

  • Curate and manage our digital assets, ensuring consistency across our webshops.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to update content and align with marketing activities.
  • Work closely with our in-house design team to create engaging content and provide direction on needs.
  • Ensure our webshops are consistent across websites, with up-to-date offers, gifts with purchases, and new product information.
  • Monitor sales and review sales reports to make data-driven recommendations.

Web Analytics

  • Analyse and review daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and product performance reporting.
  • Monitor key site metrics, including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, and Traffic.
  • Use data analysis and insight to support our e-commerce strategy and provide ideas for improvement.

Web Sales

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyse and optimise various e-commerce strategies through data-driven insights and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Support the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase growth through email marketing, ad management, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, and SEO.
  • Develop the internationalisation strategy, identifying the next markets to enter and establishing new ways to acquire customers and manage customer retention.

Key Measures and Targets

  • Ensure our CRM system is optimised, including customer email journeys.
  • Drive traffic to our website.
  • Increase our user base and keep them engaged.
  • Optimize paid advertising spend.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience using the Shopify platform and Shopify apps.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales development and beauty e-commerce management.
  • Understanding of brand aesthetics, imagery, and graphic design.
  • Demonstrated experience in website content updates and e-commerce and sales conversion best practice.
