Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Dynamix Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading and developing your team, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, coach, develop, and regularly review your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Commercial Awareness: Work with the Area Manager to drive all commercial activity within the store, ensuring the effective use of the sales process throughout the team.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate and encourage exemplary customer service at all times, and actively manage any complaints received to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Health and Safety: Take accountability for H&S within the store, including a 100% completion rate of the Monthly H&S Checklist to ensure that the store is a safe place to work and buy from.
  • Operational Procedures: Ensure compliance with all Operational Procedures and Policies as determined by the Business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Compliance: Compliance with the Store Commercial & Development plans as agreed with the Area Manager.
  • Operational Excellence: Compliance with all Operational Procedures and Policies as determined by the Business.
  • Health and Safety: Compliance with all Health & Safety Regulations, in line with the Health & Safety Manager.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a retail environment.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer complaints.
  • Health and Safety: Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
