Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 to £66,000 per annum

Role: Permanent - Full-Time Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, pricing, and product assortment.
  • Store Performance: Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and profitability.
