Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users to stay safe and maintain their well-being, taking appropriate action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse wherever possible.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach, respecting individual choices and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as managing finances, medication, and personal care, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Accurately record and report any issues related to the care and support of our service users, monitoring their health and wellbeing.
