Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe, clean, and good working environment utilizing 5S principles.
- Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Assist the team in achieving their objectives through coaching, hands-on support, and resource organization.
- Manage direct reports, including investigations and performance management.
- Ensure a cost-efficient and stable production process with emphasis on SIC/KPI.
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering team to ensure full alignment on performance and technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of current processes and ways of working.
- Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and implement changes.
- Implement the department Business Plan, including own objectives.
- Conduct walking tours and process confirmation.
- Enable daily direction setting meetings to drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with Arla's standards in terms of Food Safety, H&S, Environment, and internal audits.
- Manage emergency issues and situations on site.
- Basic understanding of food manufacturing and FMCG.
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Principles (Six Sigma qualification) is preferred.
- Previous experience within an FMCG or dairy industry is advantageous but not essential.
