We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HMP Lewes. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working a standard 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work on a rota basis, including nights, bank holidays, and weekends. However, we are happy to discuss flexibility options with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of pharmacy services, including medicine management, administering medications, patient counselling, and medicines reconciliation. You will also be required to participate in day-to-day operational management of the unit and ensure you are trained and competent to take on additional responsibilities.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pharmacy services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You will also need to have a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and be willing to undergo additional vetting and security checks.
