Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing specialized skills within a multidisciplinary team focused on surgical care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care and supporting both patients and their families throughout the surgical process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality surgical care within a collaborative team environment.
  • Work independently while adhering to professional guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
  • Provide support in both hospital settings and community environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, utilizing effective communication strategies.
