Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to take on a strategic leadership role in our Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading the development of our Advanced Clinical Practitioner workforce.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership for the strategic direction of all Advanced Clinical Practitioner activity within the Emergency Department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of patient care.
  • Work in partnership with other clinical teams to improve the quality of healthcare services.
  • Lead and participate in the maintenance of quality governance systems and processes.
  • Deliver high standards of clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse/Allied Health Professional (Valid with NMC)
  • RCEM Credentialled Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Adult +/- Children
  • Minimum of three years of Post-Credentialed Experience Working in an NHS Emergency Department
