Job Summary

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Urgent Care. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, and respectful remote advice and support to adults within the BNSSG community.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be innovative, flexible, and visionary within Urgent Care. You will have the chance to develop your leadership skills, share your knowledge and passion for advanced practice, and help shape and develop the service and your role within.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and champion remote clinical decision making, promoting positive risk taking.
  • Manage and develop multi-disciplinary or integrated pathway teams in a variety of locations.
  • Develop and implement advanced practice guidelines, governance, and audit.
  • Lead on workforce development, supporting education and training across SPA.
  • Oversee the development of competency frameworks.
  • Actively identify potential need for further research to strengthen evidence for best practice.
