We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at NISI. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and accurate payroll service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage payroll records and controls for multiple organizations.
- Administer statutory and occupational schemes of leave, including sickness, accidents, maternity, and paternity.
- Maintain group email inboxes and respond to internal and external enquiries.
- Ensure deductions from salaries are made in accordance with employee and other instructions.
- Provide resilience across the service for cover when required.
- Experience of payroll processing and recognized payroll qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience of HMRC requirements.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with ability to work in a small team without supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Flexible approach to duties and hours, with excellent timekeeping and organization skills.
