Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for reporting adverse events.
- Handle complaints in accordance with established local SOPs.
- Accurately input activities and business opportunities into the company's CRM system.
- Manage promotional expense budgets allocated by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Strategically plan, organize, and execute sales initiatives as directed.
- Assist in responding to tenders and preparing quotes as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a strategic mindset with a strong understanding of the market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in sales within the pharmaceuticals, imaging, or medical devices sectors.
- Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities proactively.
- Willingness to understand and align with NHS-relevant guidelines.
- Capability to integrate NHS guidelines with the company's offerings.
