About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor to join our client's team, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK. As a Technical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely.
- Lead a team of engineers, including day engineers and shift engineers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of planned maintenance tasks in line with scheduled dates.
- Prioritize statutory and mandatory tasks, as well as reactive tasks, to ensure timely completion.
- Perform repair work and carry out all aspects of maintenance and installation requirements as required, utilizing the provided uniform and PPE.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 qualification or equivalent.
- HVAP qualification and relevant HV experience.
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations (desirable).
- ISOH managing safely certification.
- Previous experience working in a critical environment, such as a data centre, is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with all types of electrical installations.
- Proficiency in IT for accurate record-keeping.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance.
- Availability to join a call-out rota and hold UK citizenship.
- Ability to complete SC and DV clearance.
