Job Title: Hard Services Supervisor

Cromwell Hospital, a leading private hospital in London, is seeking a dedicated Hard Services Supervisor to join its Facilities Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hospital's infrastructure, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential, as you will lead a team of skilled technicians and work closely with other departments to ensure all hard services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of the hospital's facilities and equipment.
  • Liaise with contractors and external service providers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
