As a Contract & Vendor Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology landscape.

You'll work closely with the Vendor Manager and Strategic Partner Manager to ensure that our key Technology service providers deliver exceptional results, aligning with Primark's strategic goals and vendor management framework.

Your Responsibilities
  • Foster Collaboration: Effectively engage with departments, business partners, procurement, and service providers for assigned Statements of Work, ensuring a unified approach for successful Technology contractual outcomes.
  • Contract Management Expertise: Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Procurement, and Legal to provide guidance and support throughout the contract renewal/RFP process. Ensure seamless execution from end-to-end, including service level agreements and contract signature.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Proactively assist the Vendor Manager and Strategic Partner Manager in implementing an annual contract renewal schedule and tracker for all Technology vendors.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings within the Contract & Vendor Management function. Work with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in for savings targets and deliver against them, providing regular reports on progress.
  • Contract Enforcement: Maintain a thorough understanding of contracts and enforce applicable contract mechanisms as needed. Track and record all contract changes and control notes throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring proper filing.
Your Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Contract Management & Vendor Analyst (Technology focus).
  • Proven success working within fast-paced organizations, ideally with cross-functional and multi-site locations.
  • A demonstrated history of developing strategic partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with professional environments that prioritize urgency, goal achievement, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Strong understanding of IT management principles.
