Payroll Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services in Belfast. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our temporary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process agency staff payroll
  • Key various timesheet hours into payroll systems
  • Calculate overtime, shift payments, and pay increases
  • Cross-check input and hours worked by employees
  • Perform manual calculations and ensure accuracy
  • Confirm P11 reports and send invoices to clients
  • Create records for new employees and escalate issues to supervisor as needed

Requirements:

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • One year of office-based experience in administration and data input
  • Confidence in dealing with numbers and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £23,500 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
