Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the restaurant, supporting the General Restaurant Manager in the development of food products and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement strategies to enhance restaurant performance as set by the Restaurant Manager, focusing on sales and profitability.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing activities, including promotional events and discount schemes to boost customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports at the end of each shift/week, covering staff management, food control, waste management, and sales analysis.
Stock Management:
  • Order necessary food and supplies to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
  • Maintain stock levels through regular ordering and timely placement of special orders for events.
  • Collaborate with other Supervisors and Managers to coordinate stock deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect supplies and work areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
Staff Training:
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Maintain high grooming standards for all staff members.
  • Ensure storage areas are secure, organized, and clean to uphold quality control and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain food presentation and quality in line with company standards.
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct thorough training on health and safety procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing duty rosters while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Minimize waste and promote efficient teamwork.
  • Conduct daily staff briefings and ensure punctuality.
  • Monitor and record temperatures of storage units regularly.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities as needed.
