About the Role

Rivit Search is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help drive growth in the UK & EMEA markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with key banking and asset management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across the UK & EMEA markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with risk functions within the financial services and real estate sectors
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to successful onboarding, working closely with cross-functional teams on RFPs, strategic contract negotiations, and client presentations
  • Skillfully manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple enterprise-level stakeholders, customizing solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Represent Rivit Search at major industry events, establishing the company as a thought leader in the field of climate risk analytics

Requirements:

  • A strong background in enterprise SaaS or solutions sales, especially with clients in banking or real estate management
  • A knack for building strong relationships with C-suite executives, technical teams, and end-users alike
  • An understanding of risk functions and climate risk within banking and asset management
  • The talent to explain complex topics in an engaging way to a diverse audience, spanning various levels and sectors
