About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
  • Collaborate with executives to inform decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Design and implement improvements to organizational structure and processes
  • Drive strong collaboration with employees and gather departmental reports for compilation into a cohesive report
  • Meet quarterly with senior executives for business updates and request regular meetings with department heads
Requirements
  • Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive-facing role
  • Working knowledge or direct experience of the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Experience with operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
