Job Title: Vice President, Client Service I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Client Service I to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loan funds and CLOs, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of loan funds and CLOs, ensuring timely execution and delivery of contract obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate trust or related financial markets/securities industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Strong client management experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in loans (syndicated, bilateral, real estate) is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and control practices.
  • Strong financial services technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
