Digital Brand Design Director

Pure Windows, a leading supplier of high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, is seeking a talented Digital Brand Design Lead to join our team and drive our digital strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of our digital presence, including website design and content management, social media strategy, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimisation of our digital strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence that reflects our brand values and business goals.
- Develop and manage all digital content, including blogs, articles, product descriptions, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that includes SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure digital strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital content creators, designers, and social media managers to achieve digital strategy goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing website management, content creation, and digital strategy execution.
- Proven experience managing and optimising websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS).
- Creative Vision: Strong eye for design and attention to detail, with the ability to create visually appealing and on-brand digital content.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of digital professionals.
