Lead Our Education Services as a College Principal

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Education services as a College Principal. As a natural leader with a passion for helping children thrive, you will inspire others to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes through continuous improvements
  • Champion the Company's ethos and values
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
  • Ensure the safe management of employees and resources
  • Lead and direct staff through inspection processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting young people with autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and associated complex needs
  • Resilience, communication, organisation, caring, and attentive skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
