Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team in Gerrards Cross. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide first-class support to the Financial Planning team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions and maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Planning team in the implementation of new business initiatives
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration into the business
- Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties to maintain strong relationships
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes and procedures
- Ensure all client communications and interactions meet the highest standards of customer care
- Support the delivery of client service standards, working closely with the Financial Planning team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
