As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication will make a significant difference in their lives.

Our focus is on providing a high-quality service that prioritizes the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.

Delivering care that comes from the heart, you will ensure our residents maintain their dignity and sense of individuality. You will also be involved in general activities within the care home, such as helping residents with limited mobility to learn new skills.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
