About the Role:

The People Partner will play a critical role in driving business performance and employee engagement at Ardonagh Advisory. This is a key position that will work closely with the People Director and Heads of People to deliver the agreed people plan, including employee engagement, organization design, change management, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key people projects and change initiatives end-to-end, from design to delivery.
  • Deliver 'business as usual' and embed People & Culture processes/policies into the business.
  • Build trusted relationships with the People & Culture team and key stakeholders in the business.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with a commercial acumen, providing accurate expert advice and guidance to leaders.
  • Embed a Performance Management culture that supports and delivers business performance.
  • Support the embedding of a new colleague and leadership behavior framework.
  • Develop robust talent pipelines through talent development and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver an effective workforce plan.
  • Analyse and review key people management information to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business partnering experience in fast-paced, high-change, and large complex organizations.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with all levels in an organization.
  • Change/project management experience, specifically leading and delivering People & Culture workstreams in business change programs.
  • Experience integrating teams after acquisition, including due diligence and delivery for harmonization.
  • Confident technical knowledge of TUPE, with experience managing a transfer process of employees.
  • CIPD qualified, with exceptional knowledge of employment law and best practice.
