About the Role

We are seeking a professional Relief Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, including housekeeping and domestic support.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as booking appointments, arranging transportation, and escorting residents on visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care or support environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
