You will have the freedom to operate with no billing threshold, maximizing your earning potential from day one. Our approach is built on supporting individual growth, investing in marketing and infrastructure, and allowing our team to focus on what they do best – connecting clients with top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors.
- Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry.
- Leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base and build your own little recruitment business within our one.
- Work closely with our founder and other experienced recruiters to drive success across the team.
- Proven recruitment experience within the Architecture or Design industry.
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
- A genuine interest in the Architecture and Design sectors.
- Comfortable with a flexible working environment and the freedom to manage your own time and workload.
- Up to 35 days annual leave (starting at 25, excluding bank holidays).
