Position Overview:
As a General Education Tutor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational journey of individuals within a correctional environment. Collaborating closely with the management team and fellow staff members, you will become well-acquainted with the curriculum and tailored learning plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to small groups of learners in various subjects, including English, Maths, and vocational training.
- Assist in the development of essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors, while guiding learners towards their long-term aspirations.
- Ensure that effective training plans are established and that learners receive the necessary advice and guidance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in your subject area with significant experience in training delivery.
- A teaching or assessing qualification is preferred but not mandatory; support for obtaining these qualifications will be provided during the probationary period.
- Demonstrated ability to employ diverse training methods to engage learners and adapt to various subjects.
